Mike O’Malley serves as Senior Vice President for DCLI where he has responsibility for the company’s Legal, Human Resources, Safety, and Government & Public Relations functions. In this role he serves as the primary point of contact with government officials and other external stakeholders while effectively managing risk and helping to recruit, retain and develop employees to enable the company’s continued growth.

He has three decades of experience in public affairs, transportation, and supply chain-related leadership positions, including past roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), CSX, and the Railway Supply Institute (RSI).

Mr. O’Malley holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Master of Science in European Studies from the London School of Economics.
