The FY20 INFRA notice of funding opportunity was published in the Federal Register on January 22 (CAGTC circulated the unpublished version of the NOFO on January 13). Please find here a brief summary containing information on some of the key changes compared to the FY19 INFRA NOFO. As a reminder, applications are due February 25, 2020.
