This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Coalition for America’s Gateways & Trade Corridors (CAGTC). We look forward to celebrating and commemorating this major milestone with you during CAGTC’s 2026 Annual Meeting.

Join the nation’s foremost freight policy leaders on April 22-23, 2026, for two days dedicated to insightful policy discussions, networking, and freight infrastructure advocacy.

CAGTC-organized Hill Meetings
2:00pm – 5:00pm
Open to CAGTC members only

CAGTC is organizing meetings with lawmakers on Capitol Hill who serve on relevant transportation committees. These meetings will provide an excellent opportunity to engage with congressional offices on surface transportation reauthorization legislation and other CAGTC policy priorities. To participate in CAGTC-organized Hill meetings, please submit your registration by March 26, 2026.

CAGTC has secured a block of rooms at the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill on the evenings of April 21 and April 22, 2026. The guaranteed rate is $329 per night for bookings made under the block through March 22, 2026.
