Paul Hubler is Chief Strategy Officer for Metrolink, Southern California’s regional passenger rail service, where he is responsible for overseeing strategic planning, legislative programs and regulatory strategies and funding major implementation initiatives. He joined Metrolink in early 2022.
He previously served for 14 years as Director of Government and Community Relations for the Alameda Corridor-East rail infrastructure program of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (ACE) and later for the State Route 57/60 project to reduce collisions and traffic congestion at the no. 7 truck chokepoint in the nation.
Mr. Hubler previously worked in Sacramento, Calif. and Washington, D.C. for Congressman and former State Senator Adam Schiff, handling transportation, environmental and other issues.
