Dear CAGTC Members,
Following a three day shutdown, Congress passed a short continuing resolution (CR) to reopen the Federal government and keep it funded through February 8, 2018. President Trump signed the bill into law last night. This is the fourth CR so far in FY18. As a reminder, a full year appropriations package is required for USDOT to release INFRA awards and to make the FAST Act increases in freight formula funds. As always, we will continue to monitor the appropriations process and keep you updated.
