Please find CAGTC’s summary of the FY2019 INFRA NOFO here. This summary is intended to provide a very brief “Cliff’s Notes” version of the lengthy NOFO and it also contains information on some of the key differences between the FY2019 NOFO and the NOFO issued by USDOT for FY2017-2018 funds. As stated in my email yesterday, the NOFO ran in today’s Federal Register and can be accessed here: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2018-12-21/pdf/2018-27695.pdf.
USDOT is in the process of scheduling webinars during the months of January and February, and the Department anticipates that dates will be announced by January 5. We will keep Members updated as dates are announced; below is a listing of webinar topics:
