The Problem Solvers Caucus, a bipartisan caucus comprised of 48 Members of the House of Representatives evenly divided on both sides of the aisle, published a report on January 10, 2018 titled “Rebuilding America’s Infrastructure.” The report featured recommendations for an infrastructure plan, including many of CAGTC’s long-held positions.
