Please find the FY17 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the TIGER competitive grant program here. The announcement will run in tomorrow’s Federal Register, at which time we will send the final notice. There is a tight turnaround on this submission – applications are due October 16, 2017. CAGTC will prepare a brief analysis/ summary of the NOFO and send it to Members shortly.
